Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Calling all early childhood education professionals! 📣 Are you looking to build your Professional Development plan and take your skills to the next level? Look no further than our comprehensive course offerings. From STEAM Education to the Importance of Play, we’ve got everything you need to succeed. Start your journey today!
This interactive course, intended for preschool educators, highlights the importance of supporting children’s developing social and emotional skills. Participants will be presented with specific approaches for teaching emotional literacy and friendship skills, as well as strategies to support preschoolers as they learn to manage “big feelings.” An emphasis will be placed on developmentally appropriate anti-bias practices and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). Educators will participate in a make-and-take session to prepare materials to utilize in their own preschool settings.
