know before you go
The health and safety of our visitors, staff and volunteers are our top priority. Any adult or child who is experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, upper respiratory infections, diarrhea or vomiting, we ask that you postpone your visit to the Museum.
- Parents/caregivers are responsible for child supervision at all times. Child drop-offs are not permitted unless otherwise stated in a class or camp description.
- Adults seeking tours may do so by prior arrangement by calling 716-655-5131 Extension 2.
- Unaccompanied adults (any person 18+) are allowed into the museum by appointment for a staff escorted tour. All unaccompanied adults must sign in and provide a valid ID at the security station to receive a required identification tag from security upon check in. Unaccompanied adults must wear provided identification tag at all times while in the museum. Identification tag must be returned to security and check out completed before leaving. Any adult found lacking such identification will be escorted out of the museum by security.
- Lack of adult supervision of children is grounds for immediate removal from the museum.
