Museum members are our most cherished patrons; we welcome them to play into possibilities the whole year through! Museum members can visit as often as they like, whether stopping in for an hour or spending the day.
Household Membership
Our most popular membership package!
Includes:
- Free admission to Explore & More for up to four (4) individuals living in the same household (up to 2 adults).
- ACM Reciprocity with 50% off admission to more than 200 children’s museums nationwide through the Association of Children’s Museum ACM Reciprocal Membership Program
- Admission to special Member only programs and hours
- $2 off our regular general admission for up to 6 walk-in guests (Not available for online reservations. Valid only if a named adult member is present.)
- Option for automatic renewal (Available online only)
+ Add Caregiver – Additional Fee
- One additional named member adult living outside the household will receive their own membership card and can visit the museum without the named adult(s).

Self-Directed Membership
This membership package is designed for individuals with a disability who require a caregiver.
Includes:
- Free admission to Explore & More for up to one (1) individual and three (3) approved adults. Admission is valid only for the individual and one (1) approved adult per visit.
- ACM Reciprocity with 50% off admission to more than 200 children’s museums nationwide through the Association of Children’s Museum ACM Reciprocal Membership Program
- Admission to special Member only programs and hours

Renewing your membership? Your new membership doesn’t begin until your existing membership expires, so you can play into possibilities without skipping a beat!

As a member, you have access to the ACM Reciprocal Network
The ACM Reciprocal Network is a voluntary group of ACM member museums open across the U.S. and Canada that reciprocate discounted admission to each other’s members.
200 museums, including The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, expERIEnce Children’s Museum in Erie, Pennsylvania, and the Children’s Museum of Cleveland, participate in the network and reciprocate 50% off general admission for up to six (6) people. The card holder must be present for discounted admission.
Note: The list of museums participating in the network may change, so please call the museum you plan to visit ahead of time to verify their participation in the ACM Reciprocal Network.
