Maximize your large group’s museum experience by renting our full museum for up to four hours with a fully private visit including all floors and the fourth-floor terrace. For certified organizations, this includes museum admission for up to 200 guests.

Imagine having the whole museum to yourself and 75 of your closest friends. This rental allows your group to experience our full museum for a fully private visit including all floors and the fourth-floor terrace. For up to 75 guests for up to two a half hours.
rooftop terrace
Enjoy unprecedented views of the Buffalo city skyline in a playful outdoor space on our fourth-floor terrace. Ideal for cocktail receptions. This rental includes the entire fourth-floor for up to two and a half hours. Space for up to 75 guests.
conference room
Inspire your agenda by hosting your next meeting in our sleek yet playful fourth-floor conference room with seating for up to 15 guests for two hours.
the gathering hall at low bridge cafe*
Overlook the Erie Canal terminus at the canals and bridges during your next morning meeting or after-hours get-together. Space for up to 40 guests for two hours.
Perry’s Ice Cream celebration room*
Hold your next group get-together in our ground-level celebration room, featuring great views of the canals at Canalside! Includes space for 20 guests for an hour and a half.
*Perry’s Ice Cream celebration room & the Gathering Hall at Low Bridge can be rented together to accommodate larger groups.

Dates and times fill up quickly, so book early! Rental inquiry must be received a month prior to date of event. All reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation payment and a signed contract are required to hold your reservation.
