Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

Jr. Engineers- Planes, Cars, & Boats: Day Camp

Plane, car, and boat activities are perfect for kid engineers. Join us for a fun-filled day, jam-packed with creative hands-on activities such as crafts, science experiments and a walking field trip to visit our Canalside neighbors. These projects will have the kids problem solving and using their critical thinking skills to build and engineer small moving vehicles. Using multiple learning opportunities will inspire kids to explore STEM a little more and lends itself to increased comprehension and expanded curiosity, too.
