☀️ Super Sweet Sundays – Open: June 30, July 14, July 21, August 11, August 25: 10am-4pm (Members Only at 9:30am)
🕙 Closed: Tuesdays, July 4, July 7, August 4, August 18, September 2
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

Day Camp: Go Fly a Kite

Humans have always been fascinated with flying like the birds. Kites may seem like they are just for fun, but history shows kites are much more than a toy. Ancient Chinese used kites in battle and exploration. 18th century scientists used kites to study weather and electricity. The Wright Brothers would not have been able to invent the airplane without first experimenting with kites. Experimental kite materials led to improvements in parachutes and hang gliders. Campers are going to build a Kazoon Kite and do some experiments of their own. Get ready for some high-flying fun!
Explore & More follows New York State Health Department, NYS OCFS Regulations, and CDC guidelines, as we are a licensed School Age Child Care Program. Campers will need to provide lunch, two snacks and a water bottle.
Late pick up is available from 4:00-4:30 pm, $25 per child, per day.
