Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

Countdown to Noon
December 31, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 3:30 pm
For the children (and parents) who can’t make it to midnight, join us for Countdown to Noon! We’ll be counting down to 2024 at noon during this one-of-a-kind New Year’s Eve celebration. It’ll be a New Year’s family-friendly day at Explore & More with magic, crafts, music, and snacks, ending with a countdown to our 12:00pm bubble drop.
- Sing and dance with DJ Bonkrz from 10am – 12pm
- Enjoy samples of tasty party treats provided by Be Healthy Buffalo from 10am – 11:30am
- Be amazed by the Magic of Rob & Carol before they disappear at 1:00pm
- Feel fancy and festive while getting your face painted in the Art Studio from 10am – 12pm
- Special activities will be provided in the Art Studio and Tinkering Tank throughout the day.
All these activities and more are provided with the cost of admission.
