Wear your Halloween costume and get ready for a “BOO-tiful” time! There will be fun Halloween yoga poses, mindfulness activities, music to dance and move to, a“witches brew” that we will make with fun objects, plus a special Halloween guided relaxation time at the end of class! Join us for a night at the museum with haunts and hops!
