Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

Veteran’s Day
November 11, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Join us as we celebrate local heroes and show our appreciation for our veterans through hands-on patriotic activities throughout the museum! Veterans and Active Duty military will receive free admission. Sponsored by National Fuel.
Full day of activities honoring Veterans includes:
• Making lap blankets for Veterans
• Making thank you cards for deployed military members
• Special guests (like Sabretooth!)
• Buffalo Dolls & Cub Scout chorus singing patriotic songs
• Patriotic activities throughout the museum
Explore & More is partnering with event sponsor National Fuel to collect toiletry items for Niagara Falls Air Base troops being deployed overseas. Donations are being gratefully accepted at the front desk of the museum and can also be shipped direct through Amazon where a list of requested items is available and set up for direct shipment to the museum, click here.
Veterans Day is a “save your receipt” occasion with reduced dual admission partnering between the Buffalo & Erie County Naval Park and Explore & More. Full price admission receipt or membership at one receives $4 admission to the other.
