2024 Holiday Hours:
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

STEM Saturday presented by National Grid

September 17, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

 Get those wheels turning for STEM Saturday, September 17 in the Tinkering Tank! We’ll have STEM based activities that power the play throughout the day across the museum and from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm in the Tinkering Tank. Come play your way through Science, Technology, Engineering & Math based activities that are so fun, kids don’t even know they’re learning! No registration is required for these free activities! 

You can also join us for a very special STEM Saturday activity as we experiment with Bubbling Lava along with Thermo Fisher. This workshop will take place from 10 am – 12 pm and is limited to 25 participants. Perfect for ages 6-9, who must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required for this free class.
