How are sleeping spaces determined?

Designated sleeping zones and spots will be marked throughout the museum upon arrival. Guests may enter the museum beginning at 6:30pm, and after checking in, they can identify their sleeping area by placing the “RESERVED” sign they received at check-in at the spot. They can then drop their belongings at their spot and get ready for orientation.

What takes place during orientation?

All participants must attend the orientation session at 7pm in the Gathering Hall on the museum’s first floor on January 30. The schedule for the event as well as the Code of Conduct and rules for the event will be reviewed.

What is the age and chaperone requirement?

We recommend children be at least school-aged to maximize the fun at this event. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

What if we arrive late?

Arrival check-in is 6:30pm-7pm on January 30 at the Guest Services Desk on the second floor. If a guest arrives after 7pm, they must enter through the security entrance on the first floor, located under the bridge next to the Low Bridge Café.

Can we leave early?

Yes. Guests who may need to leave early can check out at the Security Desk on the first floor. Re-entry is not permitted.
