Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

Let’s Build A Mini Golf Course!

FreeJoin us in the third floor Tinkering Tank as it goes under construction to become a mini golf course for the class! Students will design and build different challenges for the course out of cardboard or other recycled materials. Will your design have the classic windmill, or will you create something new? Once the students finish, we will give the course a test run -then students can take home their creation! This class is free, but registration is required. This class is recommended for ages 8-12.
