M&T Bank Fifth Friday

On Friday, January 31, we’re teaming up with M&T Bank to host the first M&T Bank Fifth Friday of 2025, a program that provides a day of free museum admission to local families.

We strongly recommend guests pre-register for free tickets at our website using special code FRIDAY.

Please note, if the museum is at or near capacity, walk-in admission that day is not guaranteed. Adults seeking admission must be accompanied by a child.

Special programming presented by M&T Bank from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. includes:

• –Making and decorating wooden piggy banks in the Tinkering Tank on the Third Floor
• –Math games and puzzles in the M&T Celebration Room on the Third Floor
• –Fun and engaging hands-on crafts in our Art Studio on the Fourth Floor

From 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. (or until supplies last), guests can enjoy free hot cocoa and donut holes in the Cooking Galley on the Fourth Floor.

Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Members can start playing at 9:30 a.m.

The M&T Bank Fifth Fridays program at Explore & More builds on M&T’s longstanding “Free Friday” partnerships with regional cultural destinations, such as the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, Burchfield Penney Art Center, Buffalo History Museum, and Buffalo Arts Studio.
