Donation Requests

As a proud member of the Western New York community, Explore & More – The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children’s Museum has been the benefactor of many generous donations. We feel it is our duty to pay it forward to other local community partner organizations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a donation to every worthy cause but we work to honor as many requests as possible!

Donation Request Policy

In order to be considered for a donation request your organization must:

be a non-profit organization
be aligned with our mission
have a 501c3 or tax-exempt status & provide valid tax-ID number
provide us with an event flyer or marketing materials related to your event

Please note: Requests must be received 3 months prior to the date needed. Only approved requests will receive a response. We cannot provide door prizes; fundraising events only. Only one donation per organization per year. Individuals or individual families, for-profit organizations & political parties are not eligible.
