Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

STEM Saturday

Get those wheels turning this weekend with STEM based activities power the play across the museum the third Saturday of each month. Come play your way through Science, Technology, Engineering & Math based activities that are so fun, kids don’t even know they’re learning!
Come join our STEM Educator in the Tinkering Tank for a chance to build your very own amazing Marble Maze! Have you ever done a maze in a coloring book? Well now, we will put this experience into your own hands, by using materials to make your own 3-D maze with your very own design! Will you make your maze challenging or easy? Will you make your maze princess or space themed!? You decide! Come get creative with us!
