Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

80th Anniversary of the Bat

$12Your friends from the Superhero Alliance of Western New York will be gathering in celebration of the 80th Anniversary of everyone’s favorite bat hero – and you’re invited.
Join us from 5:30pm – 8:30pm at Explore & More as heroes and villains alike combine forces to honor eight decades of the world’s favorite caped crusader. More than two dozen SAWNY Superheroes will be on hand for photo-ops during this special bat birthday celebration, plus superhero themed carnival games, superhero activities in Explore & More’s three educational studios, and SO MUCH MORE!
Stick around as local celebrity judges vote to crown “Buffalo’s Best Bat Hero” in our Bat Hero Costume contest.
