Museum Hours
Open For Play: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-4pm
Members Only: Wednesday-Sunday: 9:30am-10am
Closed: Monday and Tuesday
The museum is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (Monday and Tuesday), Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
There may be additional closures due to severe weather. Check Explore & More’s social media channels and local news outlets for updates on delays and closings.

Family Fun Day at Canalside!

Explore & More’s Summer Fun is back at Canalside with FREE Family Fun Fridays! Each week we will celebrate a different educational play zone area of the new Museum at Canalside. Today, we will showcase the Rooftop Garden. In this play zone, children and their adults will learn about all the great outdoor activities that are available in Buffalo including planting your own garden. Today at Canalside, join Explore & More and our community partners to learn how to care for plants of all types. These programs are provided free thanks to our generous sponsors at Wegmans.
